I hit the jackpot yesterday at the ubs in a neighboring town. I got 8 books, 5 of which were on my Kindle wish list:

'Concealed in Death' J.D. Robb
'Watch Your Back' Karen Rose
'When Shadows Fall' J.T. Ellison
'Back To You' Jessica Scott
'Justice For Sara' Erica Spindler

The grand total cost for all 8 books was $17.80 (thanks in large part to my sizeable credit).

After I got home, I checked my e-mail and was thrilled to receive notice that the first 2 books in Toni Anderson's 'Cold Justice' series had been reduced in price to $1.99 each. It has been a long time since I have had such a fortuitous book-buying day.

Congrats!!!

You can't go wrong with J.D. Robb or Karen Rose. I have the Erica Spindler book on my wishlist too. Let us know what you think of it when you read it.

I love shopping days like this. It's like being on a treasure hunt and the treasures were just waiting to be found.

Happy reading!

Robin--JDR and KR are two of my favorite authors. I enjoy Erica Spindler as well; if she focused a bit more on the romances in her books, I would put her in the same class as the 2 aforementioned writers. If I can remember, I will give my opinion after I read 'Justice For Sara'.

Janie--Weeks can pass without anything of note on my Kindle or at the ubs. Then, out of the blue, a bounty of reading riches! I do love those days!
