Post subject: How to find a books title based on some sentences

Is there any way to find out the title of a book based on some excerpts? I know you can do that with song lyrics; use any search engine, put in a line or two from a song and it'll bring up some links for song lyric sites and you can find out the song's title and artist that way.

I tried googling several sentences from a short excerpt that is printed on the back of an invoice that I received. I had no luck at all. I'm wondering if any of you know of a site that will allow you to do that.

On occasion I have Googled a character's name (in 'quotation marks') and have been able to find the title of a book. As for a website that can identify a book by excerpt, I am not aware of one...sorry :( . Perhaps if you quoted part of the excerpt here, one of our intrepid posters may recognize it.
