Why are Judith McNaught's books available in Kindle or ebook form? I've given up waiting for her to have a new book but it would be nice to have her old ones. Am I the only person wondering?

Apparently the publisher has not not released them for Kindle. Who knows if that will ever happen?
Still waiting for that last book that has been promised for at least 5 years.
She was once my favorite romance author, but I've given up on her.
I do have her books in paperback so I guess that will have to do.

Sometimes one wonders what publishers are thinking when they don't release older books in ebook format. The new readers, the additional money it could create!

Fyi, Harlequin is reissuing some of its classics in ebook format!

I have emailed Simon & Schuster (who published the majority of JM's books) via their website, asking this same question, in the hopes of having some answer to impart. You, however, may want to try your own luck by going to Simon & Schuster's website and emailing them from the "Contact Us" link at the bottom. If anyone should have better luck with this than I did, please let me know what you find out and I will post it for everyone

We should pose this question to someone here on this RT site. Maybe Carol Stacy can look into this better then we could. I wonder if they've ever researched this for the readers?
I would think they'd be able to find out the answer for us (with their connections) and maybe put it in the magazine.

Just thinking....

I'm a fan & I've been waiting for more in Ebook and audiobook format for years. I'm giving up hope. :(

When it comes to McNaught, who knows? One must wonder if anyone besides us readers who have been around for awhile even know who she is. When you have not released a new book in years, the world tends to quit paying attention.

She was once my favorite author, but not so any longer. Plenty of other authors have taken her place on my to buy list. She has turned in to nothing but a major disappointment. You have to have a market to appeal to and I am not sure she does anymore. Until that changes, I doubt we will see any of her books in eBook format.
