I think this is fairly new.
The cover like has the husband and wife standing in a doorway...(someone was wearing blue? maybe? someone held a gun?)

The husband and wife have been married for about 15 years before the book opens and have two (?) daughters

Wife does not know husband is a spy and feels neglected
Husband feels like he does not really know family

Somehow (of course!) wife winds up in spy game

Eventually they realize the other is in on it

And this rekindles marriage

I thought the premise (married long time, etc.) was different than many with this theme and intended to go back and read and now cannot remember title...seemed blazingly obviuos at the time

I am pretty sure it's Regency, though I suppose it could be Victorian

This sounds like True Spies by Shana Galen

He's weary of deception...

Baron Winslow Keating is honor-bound to finish one last mission as an elite spy for the Barbican group even though he just wants to go home and be with his family. But after years of secrecy and absence, his daughters hardly know him and his wife has given up on him. . .

She wants to try a little intrigue . . .

Elinor has had enough of domestic boredom. She contemplates an affair with a rakish spy, only to discover a world of intrigue and treachery that she never knew existed. Even more shocking, her neglectful husband is suddenly very attentive - quite the jealous type - and apparently there is much more to him than she ever knew . . .

Hope this is what you are looking for.

Thanks! I am sure that's it. The title seems right - and I remember thinking the title would be "easy" to remember.
